Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReelDispatch software and related materials provided by Core Logic LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading, installing, or using ReelDispatch, you agree to these Terms.

The product

ReelDispatch is desktop software that helps you upload local video files to third-party platforms (including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram) using those platforms’ APIs and your authorized accounts.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and API policies
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for having rights to that content
• You must keep OAuth sessions secure; if you use Pro, keep your license key secure as well
• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the software except as allowed by law

Accounts and platforms

Connecting social accounts is optional and subject to each provider. We are not affiliated with Google, TikTok, or Meta. Platform outages, API changes, quotas, or account restrictions may affect uploads; we are not liable for third-party service behavior.

Licenses and payment

ReelDispatch includes a Free tier you may use without purchase, subject to the limits described in the product and these Terms. Pro features (including unlimited accounts and publishes, scheduling, local API/MCP, watched-folder ingestion, JSON sidecars, and automated first comments) require a valid license purchased through Lemon Squeezy or another reseller we designate. License terms on the purchase page apply. Licenses are for the number of devices/instances stated at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may change Free-tier limits with notice via the product or this site.

Disclaimer

ReelDispatch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Logic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the software. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to ReelDispatch will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the software in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
